A large box truck snagged the phone and electric wires crossing Central Avenue to the post office this afternoon. The police, Verizon and BG&E were notified. The police are keeping the area safe and the Verizon crew is waiting for BG&E to fix the poll at 3pm. I would avoid Railroad Ave at Butler Road until after the rush hour. Avoid approaching the Post Office from Butler Road. Access is still available when coming up Railroad Avenue. Rose
